Very high chrome (611, then 219 ppm) was the main find in this engine's reports. The engine also had high oil temps in cruise, some high CHTs, and was running rough. What was wrong? Myriad things: wrong rings on the chrome cylinders, corrosion, cracks in the cylinders, and the valves were installed backwards. Yow!
