The Standard Oil Analysis includes:

A photo of the spectrometer, a high-tech machine that allows us to quantify the amount and type of metals and additives present in a sample of oil or fuel.

A picture of oil while the flashpoint test is being conducted. The oil is heated in a brass cup over a Bunsen burner, with a single flame placed above the oil as it's heated. When the vapors ignite, the lab technicians record the flashpoint temperature. We use this test to determine the quantity of fuel and other solvents present in the oil.
